Texas Dental Clinic

Structura undertook the ground-up construction of a fully functioning dental office, using wood framing and steel. The project included comprehensive site work, shell construction, and interior finish-out. Near the end of the project, the team encountered a significant challenge: the city of San Antonio was still holding onto the plat for the property, causing delays for the main power connection. To address this, the team collaborated closely with the owner to develop a plan that allowed construction to continue while waiting for city approval. This proactive approach minimized downtime and ensured the project stayed on track for final completion once the city approved the necessary steps.
