Complementing this is an expansive 95,877 SF auto and truck court, complete with concrete paving, truck ramps, and comprehensive site utilities and amenities. The interior build-out was executed for Primary Arms, who leased the entire building, establishing a cutting-edge hub to support their extensive operations.
