Service First Automotive Center is a 12,925 SF pre-engineered warehouse service area with attached customer service office, with a wood trellis canopy, and brick and stucco exterior. The service center has 17 service bays and automatic overhead doors. The building includes a main service center, lube center, and a 1,900 SF basement oil servicing area. Structura coordinated the installation of owner equipment – oil changing, tire service, alignment lifts, and other car care service specific components. Floating ceilings in the lobby area give the area a modern and sleek look and feel. The customer service area has multiple amenities including a guest computer area and a tower playground room with Softplay equipment.
