Plum Creek Surgery Center

Plum Creek Surgery Center is a 7,000 SF new construction stand-alone clinic. The surgery center occupies 5,600 SF and the remaining 1,400 SF is cold dark shell for future tenant lease space. The interior layout is comprised of a patient care suite with five pre-op bays, four PACU bays, and one private PACU bay. Both pre-op and PACU have their own dedicated nurse stations. Natural light from east-facing clerestory window floods the suite. The surgical suite features two operating rooms with automatic hold-open doors, overhead articulating surgery lights as well as ceiling-mounted piped-in gas lines. A porte-cochere at the main entrance offers clients covered parking for convenient drop-off and pick-up.
