As one of Structura’s most recent interior renovation projects, this Class-A co-working office space consisted of renovating the entire 12th floor at the 301 Congress Avenue building. The 20,573 SF renovation included new partitions with upgraded finishes, new ceiling systems, millwork, and life safety. The tenant space included a new reception area and breakroom with lounge, open suites, conference rooms, offices, huddle rooms, and phone booth alcoves.
