Benney Lane Medical Office Building

The Benney Lane Medical Office Building is multi-tenant two-story medical facility located in Drippings Springs on a 2.18 acre site. This 27,000 square-foot structural steel building provides premiere medical space for seven private medical practices. The project included site improvements incorporating existing trees, EIFS and natural cultured stone exterior and ecoframe components. Interior finish out suites were completed for pathology, gastroenterology, podiatry, pain management, neurology and family practice.
