Barnes 35 Industrial Park

Barnes Industrial Park is one of the latest projects in Structura’s industrial portfolio. The ground-up buildings consist of two concrete tilt-wall, steel-framed structures totaling 155,000 square feet. Located in San Marcos, the fully-sprinklered buildings will serve as a warehouse and service center, with an office and admin area, as well as supply storage and overhead doors.
