The Austin Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center project is a new ground-up building on 8.1 acres of prime land. This state-of-the-art facility spans 21,000 SF and is designed to meet the needs of patients and medical professionals. The building itself is a modern single-story structure that seamlessly integrates two distinct areas. The ambulatory surgical center spans 10,000 SF and is equipped with the most modern surgical equipment and specialized amenities to support out-patient same-day surgical procedures. It is designed to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for both patients and medical staff. Complementing the surgical center is the adjacent 8,000 SF medical office building, which serves as the Austin Endoscopy Center and the medical office building side for Austin Gastroenterology.
