Located in the growing east Austin neighborhood, the 1515 mixed-use development brings a fresh addition to the area. This three-story above grade retail/office with three level below grade parking occupies a tight urban infill location. The Structura team deployed creative strategies to accomplish the challenging concrete pours needed for the below grade parking and concrete walls. With custom timber, curtain wall glazing, and rustic concrete walls, as well as multiple courtyards and patios, the exterior touches required careful attention to detail for flawless execution.
Contemporary Urban Development
The ground floor is designed and built out with the potential to support a restaurant/bar tenant with a 2,500-gallon grease trap installed. The top two levels are ready for office tenants with clean, open layout and central elevator and mechanical core, as well as exterior terrace spaces and regional landscaping. Structura worked closely with Chioco to help bring this contemporary design to life.
